If the person you speak to does not give satisfactory answers then ask to speak to someone who can help. It is a good idea to speak to the company anyway as it will give you an idea about their professionalism and what their customer service is like in case you need it once you have purchased your computer training software. Make sure that you do not talk to only one company as you will have no comparison otherwise. Even if you think you are really happy with one company, you could be surprised if you speak to another and find that they are really good.
