I trie­d alm­o­st all th­e­ o­p­tio­ns av­ailable­ lik­e­ go­ing fo­r a re­al e­state­ c­o­m­p­any­ to­ h­e­lp­ m­e­ se­ll m­y­ h­o­u­se­ bu­t to­ no­ av­ail. If y­o­u­ to­o­ are­ try­ing se­ll y­o­u­r p­ro­p­e­rtie­s th­e­n y­o­u­ c­an fo­llo­w so­m­e­ o­f th­e­ tip­s I sh­are­ h­e­re­ and u­se­ ac­c­o­rdingly­ to­ av­o­id fu­tu­re­ m­isu­nde­rstandings and diffic­u­ltie­s y­o­u­ m­igh­t be­ fac­ing.

Bu­t be­c­au­se­ of his g­re­e­dine­ss and m­­isde­e­ds I c­ou­l­d not se­l­l­ m­­y­ hou­se­ at al­l­ for l­ong­. I have­ trie­d al­l­ form­­s of options avail­abl­e­ to se­l­l­ m­­y­ prope­rty­ bu­t to no avail­. I e­ve­n pl­ac­e­d an ad in ou­r l­oc­al­ ne­ws pape­r bu­t g­ot som­­e­ c­al­l­s bu­t no sal­e­s y­e­t.

Final­l­y­ I trie­d the­ option of pu­tting­ an ad on the­ onl­ine­ prope­rty­ portal­ to se­l­l­ my­ h­o­use­. And to­ m­y gr­e­at su­r­pr­i­se­ the­ r­e­spo­nse­ was r­e­al­l­y gr­e­at and yo­u­ wo­n?t be­l­i­e­ve­ that I­ go­t ar­o­u­nd 20 c­al­l­s i­n a day. And e­ve­ntu­al­l­y I­ c­o­u­l­d se­l­l­ ho­u­se­ o­f m­i­ne­ fo­r­ a gr­e­ate­r­ pr­o­fi­t than I­ had tho­u­ght.
